What we collect
When you send the estimate form we receive the name, phone number, email address, town, and project notes you type in, plus the page you sent it from. When you call or text, we have your number. That is the whole list.
How we use it
To call you back, schedule a site visit, and send a quote. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone outside the business, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How it travels
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email service (Resend). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both process the data only to deliver it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records anonymized usage; it does not receive anything you type into the form.
Your choices
Ask us to delete what you sent and we will. Email [email protected] or call (612) 875-9858.
